Cross & Inline Belt Separator
Cross belt suspended separator magnets offer an efficient self-cleaning solution for continuous metal recovery from conveyed materials. These industrial magnetic separator systems pull ferrous metals out of non-ferrous materials as they pass through. The collected ferrous materials are automatically conveyed and discharged into a hopper via the self-cleaning magnetic separator belt.
Electro Flux Over Band Permanent Magnetic Separators are suspended separators that don’t require an external power source. These non-electric separators attract tramp iron within conveyed materials, pulling iron particles to the magnet’s surface. The self-cleaning method ensures continuous removal of iron particles by the belt, which throws them into a chute.
